What is after school tutoring and how do I start?
- Free tutoring available for all students at Copper Mountain Middle School.
- Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:00pm - 4:00pm.
- Located in CMMS’s Media Center
- A teacher from math, science, language arts, and social studies is available to help answer any questions you may have. The teacher may or may not be your teacher, but will be able to help you with most questions. If you have specific questions regarding classroom policy, you will need to address that with your teacher directly.
- You don’t need to sign up - just come.
- Busses are not available after tutoring so make sure you have a ride home if needed.
- Come prepared with homework to work on. If you have a question, you will need to ask one of the teachers for help. Otherwise, it will act as a study hall, giving you a quiet place to get your work done.
