Please select courses via Google Form for your student next year using the links below:
- Incoming 7th Grade Student as of 2026-2027 (This is for current 6th graders).
- Incoming 8th Grade Student as of 2026-2027 (This is for current 7th graders).
- Incoming 9th Grade Student as of 2026-2027 (This is for current 8th graders).
The form is open for multiple submissions. Counselors will take the final submission and use that to create schedule for the 2026-2027 school year. If you have any questions, please reach out to your students counselor:

Midas Creek 6th Grade Students and Permit Information
If your student attended Midas Creek Elementary and would like to stay at CMMS for middle school, you will need to fill out a permit before February 6, 2026. Please see the information below that was sent by the district earlier this month. Check out additional information here.

School Community Council
This year we have two open seats on our school community council. Parents interested in being part of SCC are welcome to fill out an application form. If you are interested in being part of SCC, applications are due by Tuesday, September 9, 2025 and elections will be held on September 12. Our first SCC meeting will be Wednesday, September 16 at 4:30 PM.
