The federal government is ending USDA free meals for all students next school year. Jordan School District meal pricing for the 2022-23 school year is NOT increasing from the 2019-2020 school year. If needed, you can apply for free/reduced meals. See details below.

Our Copper Mountain Middle School March Madness College Week starts Thursday, March 24 and ends Friday, April 1, 2022. Our College Week bell schedule will be slightly altered to accommodate both TA remediation and college week activities during TA.

TA classes will also compete in a “March Madness Bracket” to win donuts for their whole class! Students earn points for their TA by wearing college gear, participating in each day’s TA activity and lunchtime activities. An individual $100 College Fund Scholarship from Goldenwest Credit Union is also on the line to an individual who wins a “scholarship” that they’ll apply for during the week. We’ll also have raffles and other prizes for student participation throughout the week.

This week, we have Parent Teacher conferences scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday.

  • On Wednesday, February 16 teachers will be hosting virtual conferences via Zoom from 4:00 - 7:30 pm.
    • You can find the teacher Zoom links here.
  • On Thursday, February 17 teachers will be in-person at Copper Mountain from 4:00 - 7:30 pm.
  • All conferences (both virtual and in-person) are drop-in. 

Please note that Thursday, February 17 will be a regular 7 period bell schedule and we don’t have school Friday, February 18th or Monday, February 21.

Starting at 3pm on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 students will be able to start selecting classes for next year! Counselors will be coming to the 7th and 8th grade language arts classes this week to help next year's 8th and 9th graders know how to select their classes for 2022-23.

Future 7th graders - there will be an Orientation Night for you on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Check your mail for a card with more information!
